Q: Can anyone join LOW PONT GROUP?
A: To join LOW PONY GROUP ("LPG") you must be a licensed hairstylist, and have a willingness to both share and grow your skill set with our team.
Ability and/or openness to working with all hair textures is a must (support and training is available for stylists that would like to grow this skill set)
Q: Do I have to know how to do every single hairstyle?
A: No! But we do ask that you’re straightforward with us around your strengths and areas that you’d like to build so we know how to best place you on our teams or events.
Q: Does LPG pay for travel?
A: Stylists are responsible for booking their own travel (Milan does have options for rooming depending on the package chosen, and we are always happy to connect you with other team members for NA events to coordinate shared rooming- but the cost is your responsibility)
Q: Do I have to bring my own products?
A: Usually, no! LPG provides working product backstage- unless otherwise specified you will only need your styling tool kit. What’s in a styling tool kit? What you need to bring can vary show to show. You will be given a brief prior to the event which outlines what you’ll need to pack
